On the surrender chart on page 563,77 against AAand A2 is listed as surrender but 14,15,and16 are not.This seems strange that 14,15,and 16 would not be a surrender but 77 would.This is for the s17 game

77 is a surrender because the best card you can get is a 7 for a 21, but you have already used up two of them in your hand.
