How does human error affects the performance Of REKO VS. KO.

For example I made a mistake in counting, the RC should be -4 but my count is

0. Does the performance of REKO suffer more compared to KO ?

Errors in KO and REKO would have an insignificantly different effect. Errors in KO-Full and REKO-F would both have a somewhat higher effect as the indexes are more precise.
