Research Question

I am interested in conducting research regarding decision making and self control. I've been looking around for a way to create specific blackjack hands so that each participant will see identical hands. Does anyone know of any software currently available that would allow for me to program in what hands someone will see?

You'll have to explain a little more deeply. CVData certainly looks at specific hands for various purposes.
