Hi. I seem to have found another problem.

When the player wins a hand, goes to CVDrills, and exits back to game, the chips won in the last hand are gone and the bankroll remains the same. The version is 5.5.127.

Hi! I've found yet another.

I got a pair of 3's. I split it (the dealer's up-card was6). I got another 3. I split it again. Then I got a 2 and a 5, so I tried to hit it but Cassie suggested double down and I could double it. Of course neither "Double down on three cards" nor "Double down on any number of cards" was enabled. The version is 5.5.130.

That seems unlikely. Send me the backup file.

Norm, I sent it to <support at qfit.com> a week ago. Have you received it?

Can't imagine what would cause this, can't duplicate and no one else has seen it. If something like that happens again, tell me the exact circumstances.

Default updating from 5.0.99

Hi Norm,

I bought CVBJ 5.0.99 about 6 months ago. It doesn't seem to work very well with my new Windows 7 machine...

Your http://www.qfit.com/blackjackwindows7.htm page says that CV Blackjack, CVData and CVCX have been updated for Windows 7, and that there is no charge for CVBJ Version 5 and CVData/CVCX V4 users.

I down loaded and installed the 5.5 version - but I am now back in Demo mode: how do I get out of Demo mode - or is there actually a charge to be paid going from 5.0.99 to 5.5...?

Thanks,
Tim

There is a $15 charge to go to V5.5. What problems have you seen with Win7? It has been running under Win7 since before Win7 was released.

Ah - OK, I see it on the upgrades page. Hoepfully the stuff below will not be in V5.5

Problems in W7 with V5.0.99 are on the Count Drill setup page (see attachment):
1. Resolution and Accuracy controls become grayed-out after first selection - then unable to change.
2. Number of Decks and Deal &Test Speed values aren't shown.
#2 could be because I'm now running a 1920-1080 screen - but then the other drill setup pages (Full Table, Flash-Card etc) appear to be OK. Some font resizing problems on various pages - but not enough to affect functionality as it appears to do here.

Another odd-ball (also happens on my old XP machine) is on the Full Table Drill page: Flash Speed only seems to work for the first couple of tables - after which the table stays up, even after the test speed timer has buzzed...

Thanks.
