S17 – Dealer stands on soft-17
H17 – Dealer hits soft-17
DAS – Double after split allowed
LS – Late surrender allowed
RSA – Resplit Aces allowed
Note: Pitch games were simmed with three players and 60% penetration (except for Single-Cut) and shoe games were simmed with four players and 75% penetration.
Relative Advantages
This is the same table as the previous, except the advantages are displayed relative to a six-deck, H17, DAS game. This is currently the most common rule set in the U.S. So, a six-deck, S17, DAS, RSA, LS game would have a Basic Strategy advantage .371% higher than the six-deck, H17, DAS game.
