Maintain Logs
When you enter the Maintain Logs Screen, a list of all logs, past and present, is presented in Explorer format. These logs are kept in a Microsoft Access database.
Organization
If you have entered multiple user names in the startup screen, you will see multiple user names at the top level of the Explorer tree. Open a user and you will see the Trips played by that user. Open a Trip and you will see the sessions in that Trip. The current session will be selected if any hands have been played in that session.
Selection
Ø You can select any session by clicking on that session.
Ø You can select all of the sessions in a Trip by clicking on the Trip.
Ø You can select all Trips for a User by clicking on the User.
Ø You can select all sessions in the database by clicking on Logs
Ø You can select a custom set of sessions by holding down the CTRL key as you click on the sessions.
Ø You can select a range of sessions in a Trip by holding down the SHIFT key and selecting the starting and ending sessions.
Functions
After selecting the desired sessions, click one of the buttons to perform the following functions:
Ø Delete - The selected sessions will be removed after a warning is displayed.
Ø Delete All - After a warning, all logs will be deleted except for the current log.
Ø Statistics - Clicking on this button will display the statistics tables described earlier using the selected logs.
Ø Graphs - Clicking on this button will display the Graphs function described earlier using the selected log.
Ø Spreadsheet - Click here to look at the raw data in a spreadsheet.
