Playing Strategy - Counts

Most counts start at zero. However, some unbalanced counts have an initial running count that is different depending on the number of decks. The upper grid is used to enter starting counts. For balanced strategies, place zeroes in all columns. The lower grid is used for the point count values. Use the tab key to quickly move from column to column.

The True Count divisor should be set to 'No Adjustment' for unbalanced counts. Most counts use 'Full decks remaining.' A few counts use 'Half decks remaining.' The 1998 version of Zen uses Quarter decks.

Half Point Support - A small number of systems (e.g. Wong Halves) use fractional point card values. To enable support for such systems, click on this option.

Separate Red/Black Values – The Red Seven count counts Red sevens differently than Black sevens.

Kiss I (10 counts as 0) – Checking this option will count Tens as zero even if face cards are counted as -1.
