Splits

Next we need to decide if we should split when we have a pair. This is the most complex table by far and is difficult to memorize by shape alone. We Split on a green square. On a red square, or if we do not have a pair, we go on to the double tables.

The first table is used when double after split (DAS) is allowed as it is the easier table and you should be looking for games with this advantageous rule.

*We also split 66v2 in double- and single-deck for a slight gain and 22v3 in single-deck. We split less often when we cannot double after a split since we will not have the opportunity to double.
